Old Italian painting from the 18th century. Oil painting on canvas depicting The Allegory of Motherhood, landscape with female figure and children by an excellent painterly hand. Non-coeval carved and gilded wooden frame (gilded in the 20th century). A painting of beautiful size and proportion that can easily be placed in various parts of the house. Work depicting two children playing at their mother's breast and a third child in a basket on the right (see photo). A painting of great elegance and refinement, for antique dealers and collectors. Work that has undergone conservative restoration during the 20th century. In good condition. Light painting H 47 x W 60 cm.
