Antique Italian painting from the second half of the 17th century. Oil painting on canvas depicting particular subject Animals grazing in a good painterly hand in the style of Rosa da Tivoli. Horizontal painting of interesting size and proportion, adorned with an antique wooden frame, not contemporary, carved and gilded. A work that can easily be placed in various parts of the home, for antique dealers, interior decorators and collectors of genre paintings. Painting characterised by a dark tone depicting numerous goats and a lying bovine in the lower right-hand corner (see photo). Work that has undergone conservation restoration, re-staining, replacement of the frame and repainting in places (see photo). Painting part of a pendant (see photo and ask for the price of the pair if available). In good condition. Light painting H 37.5 x W 97.5 cm.
