Oil on canvas depicting a female portrait. The work is dated and signed: it dates back to 1920, is attributable to the Belgian painter Leo Steel (1878-1938), and depicts Maria Erminia Segers (1855-1924). Missing authentication. The canvas has some stains and signs of time, it needs restoration work. Wood and plaster frame, carved and gilded, with several missing decorations and signs of restoration; it needs further restoration work. The painting without the frame measures 113 cm x 83 cm.
