Item description

Venetian Louis XV trumeau in walnut, with geometrically threaded inlays, floral weaves in ebonised wood and exotic precious wood inserts. The upper part has a mixtilinear cornice interspersed with a large central medallion in Murano glass. Two large doors, embellished with gilded wooden frames, have a scarab inside inlaid with racemes and flowers. The part underneath consists of a flap door with a series of drawers and compartments inside that are entirely inlaid. Three large rounded drawers characterise the front elevation and end with a mixtilinear base supported by cabriolet feet. Dating from the 18th century, in excellent condition.
