The lamp has a round base in chromed metal inside which three tubes, also chromed, of different heights have been fixed which have the function of lamp holder; the special and particular bulbs that adapt perfectly to the style of the object are fixed to the lamp; the entire structure is covered with a smoked glass sphere, a sphere that can be removed for cleaning by simply loosening the small pins on the base by hand; in the lower part of the sphere a semicircular opening has been made for the passage of electric wires, on the edge of which there is a small scratch that is not visible as it is hidden by the metal base. The lamp does not have the manufacturer's adhesive label, but based on the style, materials and workmanship, we can certainly attribute it to the German company Doria-Werk, which produced it between 1960 and 1963. The lamp develops around elements linear and circular that integrate perfectly, it manages to be well contextualized in any environment, giving that touch of originality and particularity that warms the environment; its 60s design leaves room for freedom and innovation, it is a unique piece. Measurements diameter cm.32, height cm.27. The lamp is in good condition. Small scratch in the sphere where the electric wires pass. The electrical system is functional but the wiring is European, voltage compatibility in other countries should always be checked by an electrician before use.
