Professional espresso machine by La Pavoni, 1960s. It has signs of oxidation. Operation has not been tested in order not to compromise the electrical system. La Pavoni was born in Milan in 1905 when its founder, Desiderio Pavoni, developed a patent purchased in 1902 by Luigi Bezzera concerning the first espresso coffee machine for bars which would later take the name of Ideale. Over time, the company has collaborated with the major representatives of industrial design in Italy.
