Red and black glass Vittoriale liqueur service by Moretti & Nason, 1930s.
This is an extremely rare set exhibited at the Glass Museum in Venice on the occasion of the company's centenary commemorative exhibition. It is complete with all the pieces including the original metal structure with marble base which makes it an extraordinary object, a kind of sculpture.
This set is called "Vittoriale" because it was designed for the residence of Gabriele D'Annunzio.
It may have slight traces of use such as the original patina but both the glass parts and the metal structure are in perfect condition.
