Scandinavian pine wood bench. This vintage solid wood stool is attributed to Carl Malmsten. The essential and carefully detailed forms are reminiscent of Scandinavian Brutalist design of the period. The seat has upturned edges and the screw holes are covered with decorative wooden dowels. The turned and slightly tapered legs slender the structure. Good condition. A conservative restoration has been carried out. It may show signs of aging. Please pay attention to the photographs.
