Spectacular Art Nouveau chandelier from 1890-1909. Restored and rewired with approved textile cord, following the style of the original. Thick pineapple-style glass diffusers with original hand-cut carvings. The glass drops at the base are hand-cut antique glass. Some show signs of ageing, but are imperceptible when hung from the ceiling. Not a single glass drop is missing. Three lower lights and three upper lights. The distance between the rosette supporting the three upper lights and the lower glass drops is 1 metre, with an additional 1 metre stretch of chain. Ideal for hotels or receptions in large buildings. Great appeal. The size of the lamp makes it difficult to take better quality photographs and focus. Comes from an agricultural building, a former Spanish oil mill. This vintage product is in almost original condition. It may show minimal traces of use and/or minor restoration. A professional electrician rewired this piece and it is in working order.
