Item description

Fine Italian sculpture from the end of the 19th century. Finely carved marble work depicting Children with Crab of excellent quality. Object of beautiful size and proportion signed on the back Pugi (see photo) referable to the sculptor Guglielmo Pugi (1850-1915) lacking authentication. Finished centrepiece sculpture, ideal for display above a dresser or column, in a salon, living room or study. Work in fine patina with a small missing crab leg (see photo). Sculpture overall in good state of preservation.
