Made in Italy, 1970s. This bottle/vase is made of mouth-blown polychrome scavo glass, with a transparent etched and blown glass cap. It is signed by Luigi Mellara. It is vintage and handmade, therefore it may show slight signs of use also due to the craftsmanship, but it is to be considered as in excellent original condition.
