At the beginning of the second half of the 20th century, Italian designers started the production of bamboo, wicker and rattan furnishings that have become icons of Italian design. Bonacina 1889 is an Italian designer furniture company founded in 1889 in Lurago d'Erba in the province of Como. The company specialises in working with reed and boasts collaborations with big names in design such as Giò Ponti, Franco Albini, Tito Agnoli and many others. The coffee table is ideal for both outdoor and indoor use and is in an excellent state of preservation. It has some slight defects and signs of time visible in the photos.
