Sculptural floor lamp by Matteo Nunziati for Fontana Arte. This lamp, designed in the 2000s, is inspired by the straight, vertical lines of the Burj Khalifa in Dubai - currently the tallest building on the planet - and is aptly named "Adubai". It stands on a heavy cylindrical stainless steel base and has a total of seven opal glass "blades" towering above it. The light comes from two sources: two LEDs at the base and one at the top, creating a beautiful diffuse illumination. The light is dimmable.
