Incredible 18 carat yellow gold ring mounted with a central ruby and, on the side, diamonds. This ring was made entirely by hand by Italian master goldsmiths and is in perfect condition. Diamonds 1.20 ct. Ruby 1.50 ct. Total weight 6.24 gr RF GCUGA. Italian Size 17.5. US Size 8.17. French Size 57.5. For any information, feel free to contact the seller through the message centre.
