FRAC is the emblem of modern lighting and design made in Italy. The idea of the interior designer Giuseppe D'Altilia is to "dress the light" as a fashion designer would do. The tailcoat, the dress par excellence for great occasions, is made of metal and dresses the light metaphorically represented by the metal cone that resembles a beam of light propagated. The cuts on the edges embellish and emphasize the tailoring component making this unique metal design object.
