Item description

Beautiful and rare Kneeler uncommonly finished on all 4 sides and therefore made as a "CENTER" piece. The style is Charles X like the era, early 19th century, with the classic "hood" flaring that distinguishes the era. The light wood used is a beautiful and elegant Elm briar with two Oak floors, which form a nice color contrast. In addition to these 2 compartments, one high and one low, a third central is closed by 2 doors with coeval hook and key lock, the interior has a shelf with the possibility of adding a second one. The state of preservation is excellent with minimal signs of time.
