Excellent condition. Height: 40 x 18 cm.
A handcrafted majolica vase with a colorful, abstract decoration.
Majolica is a type of ceramic with a porous body covered with an opaque white glaze, typically made with tin oxide.
The decoration, which in this case features bright colors such as purple, yellow, and green, is applied to the glaze before a second firing.
The surface has a rough, textured texture, adding a tactile element to the visual design.
This type of workmanship is renowned for its uniqueness and craftsmanship, as each hand-decorated piece is unique.
