1960s table in veneered teak with integrated central extension, produced by Karl Andersson & Söner, removable structure with brass elements.
Round extendable dining table produced by Karl Andersson & Söner, dating back to the 1960s, made of veneered teak. The top opens via a 44cm wide central extension, which allows for a fluid extension, maintaining consistency in the arrangement of the grain. The removable structure and brass details highlight a careful and functional construction. The design fits in the wake of Danish modernism, with affinity to the productions of Henning Kjærnulf and Arne Vodder, characterized by balanced proportions and essential lines. Good condition. It may show some signs of aging. Please pay attention to the photographs.
