Pair of Mid-Century Modern wall sconces attributed to Barovier & Toso, made with black metal structure and pink Murano glass diffusers. Each lamp features a circular wall rosette, a linear arm and a glass composition composed of a tall, flared diffuser, similar to a chalice, and a grooved spherical element at the base.
The pink glass, with delicate peach shades and luminous transparencies, gives the appliques an elegant and spectacular appearance. The wavy side edge and the relief workmanship of the lower part add movement and artisanal quality. Ideal on the sides of a mirror, in the entrance, corridor, bedroom or bathroom. Old stock, never used.
Each measures: 18cm wide x 18cm deep x 37cm high.
