Carlo X chest of drawers in walnut, Italian manufacture from the second quarter of the 19th century. The structure has a front with four drawers, with the first, small in size, elegantly inserted into the molded band under the upper shelf. The other three drawers are framed by a thin molding which enhances their linear design. The onion feet give a distinctive and solid touch to the base of the furniture. The interiors are made of poplar. This chest of drawers represents a refined example of nineteenth-century Italian taste and craftsmanship.
