Item description

An elegant pair of Italian vintage armchairs dating to the 1950s, serving as an authentic expression of Mid-Century Modern design. These lounge chairs feature a solid wooden structure characterized by tapered legs and distinctive black lacquered armrests, signature elements of post-war Italian modernist furniture. The upholstery, in a refined terracotta-colored fabric (consistent with the period's palette), enhances the essential forms and adds warmth to the design, creating a sophisticated contrast with the dark structural details. With a slightly reclined backrest and a generous seat, these chairs are engineered for both comfort and functionality, making them ideal as conversation or lounge seating. Their versatile aesthetic allows them to integrate seamlessly into residential or professional interiors, from classic Italian modern to Scandinavian-influenced or eclectic spaces.
