A splendid oil lamp dating back to the late 19th century, featuring a refined black opal glass body and "Mary Gregory"-style decorations.
Technical Details:
-Burner: Original German "Kosmos Brenner" model, complete with its original metal wick adjustment wheel with an embossed brand and floral decoration.
-Burner Cylinder (Canfino): An original period piece in heat-resistant Bohemian crystal, bearing the extremely rare and large circular acid-etched stamp "S. REICH & Co. CRISTAL PATENT" with the coat of arms in the center (a famous manufacturer founded by Samuel Reich in 1813 under the Austro-Hungarian Empire).
Condition: The item is in excellent overall condition, with slight wear on some of the decorations, and the glass cylinder has a small historical chip on the upper outer edge.
