The Trieste chair owes its name by the first prize its design won at the competition of the Fiera di Trieste in 1961. Produced in a small quantity, the most important details is the open dovetail joins in lamellar wood which hold the structure of the legs and the back-rest together. In lacquered black lightweight wood, also the red upholstery is still the original. Printed on the bottom with the stamp of the patent.
