Item description

Set of 6 Cavour chairs produced by FRAU. The chairs are of Italian manufacture produced by Frau and designed by Lodovico Meneghetti, Giotto Stoppino and Vittorio Gregotti in the 60s. Realized with a structure in lamellar walnut, seat and back padded in foam material with leather cover in ministerial green color. The chairs have been completely glued and sanitized, there are some small signs on the wooden structure caused by time. The chair participated in March 1960 to the historic exhibition "Nuovi Disegni per il mobile Italiano" with its recommendation to the Compasso D'Oro. Repertory: Giuliana Gramigna Page 155.
