Lacquered wooden fireplace finely carved and gilded on the top and pilasters. Tuscan manufacture, mid-18th century. The gilded wood carvings in the form of neoclassical grotesques and plant elements are very well executed. The back is executed with an axe. The object is designed to be used both as a fireplace and as a large hall mirror. The cabinet is in very good condition and the lacquers are well preserved.
