Antique bronze sculpture of French Napoleon III depicting a woman playing castanets. The plastic pose of the woman is given by the movement of her arms as she tries to play the castanets. The woman's face appears enraptured by the sound she produces while her body moves almost in harmony with the rest. Origin: France 19th century. Measurements: base: Diameter 25cm. H93cm.
