Item description

Antique French painting from the 17th century. Work oil on canvas depicting a portrait of a noblewoman in the guise of the goddess Diana with fabulous hunting dogs of excellent pictorial quality. Antique frame, not coeval, finely carved, chiseled and gilded (see photo) of beautiful decoration. Painting of great size and impact pleasantly finished in the smallest details (see photo) for antique dealers, interior decorators and collectors of antique portraits. Posing lady with strong personality and great character represented with pearl decorations and arrow in the left hand (see photo). Work that has undergone a conservative restoration, relining, replacement of the frame and color recovery in various points (see photo). In good condition with some signs of restoration. Light painting H 129 x L 110 cm.
