Napoleon III glass cabinet made of wood, gilt bronze and glass, mid-19th century
Napoleon III glass cabinet made of fine exotic wood. The front has two large glass doors with exposed shelves. The serpentine-shaped sides bear the same course as the main front. The feet are connected by a mixtilinear base with a gilt bronze frieze in the center. The finial has an inverted groove and is closed with red marble from France. Decorative elements in finely chiseled gilt bronze. French manufacture, 1860-1870.
