Item description

Large Belgian painting from the mid-20th century. First oil-on-canvas work depicting navy with boats in Impressionist style. Wooden and plaster frame with wooden passe-partout, richly carved and gilded, beautifully decorated. Painting of great size and impact, for antiquarians and collectors, signed lower left (see photo) Emile Lammers (1914-1990) lacking authentication or additional documentation. Fabulous piece of furniture, easily placed in various places in the home. In good condition. Light painting: H 63 x W 95 cm.
