Marius & Marius three-seater sofa from the Techniform series designed by Mario Marenco for Arflex, 1970s. Lacquered wood and metal structure, padded backrest, seat and armrests covered with leather. Mario Marenco was born in 1933. He studied architecture in Naples and won research grants in Stockholm and Chicago. In 1960 he opened his own architecture and design firm, Studio DEGW, in Rome. During his career as an architect, he teaches at the University of Sydney and collaborates with companies such as B&B Italia, Arflex and Poltrona Frau.
