Item description

Armchair made in France in the 17th century. Walnut structure with straight armrests and spool-shaped supports. Seat upholstered with its original small-stitch fabric depicting figures in period costume set in a garden with architectural elements and buildings in the background. Old restorations and a seam can be seen in the details. The backrest on the back is covered with écru-colored cloth. Backrest: 80 x 50 cm. Seat: 50 x 54 cm. Height to the seat: 34 cm. Height to the armrests: 58 cm. Total height: 106 cm.
