Item description

Louis XV console table in carved and gilded wood with a shaped marble top, made in Rome in the 18th century. The carving is a triumph of leafy scrolls, flowers and leaves, while a leafy shell serves as a connecting "key" on the front. A larger shell alternating with racemes goes to embellish the undercounter band. The feet are skillfully carved and end with everted curl. Complete with certificate of authenticity.
