Item description

Napoleon III gilt and carved wood console table with white statuary marble top, made in France in the 19th century. The marble top is supported by a richly carved under-top band with floral motifs alternating with volutes. A larger finely carved shell characterizes the central part of the front elevation. The feet are skillfully carved and bear a "bottle" shape connected by a cross. Complete with certificate of authenticity.
