Item description

Pencil, charcoal and white lead drawing on paper depicting a young lady portrait, 19th century. Signed "E. Bianchi" on the left. Very effective use of different pictorial pigments, which create plays of chiaroscuro and well emphasize the elements of the figure. The portrait is presented in a nineteenth-century wooden frame, embellished with leather inserts in the shape of leaves and flowers, with some small lacks and defects. Size without frame: 62 x 48 cm.
