Cesca armchair by Marcel Breuer, 1970s. Known throughout the world, designed in the 1920s by Breuer. It was produced by Thonet, Knoll and other companies; they all have minimal differences. This particular armchair comes from Italy in the 1970s. It has a beautiful coating with beautiful patina (golden/straw color) and a beech structure on a chromed metal structure. It shows its age but is perfectly intact and in excellent original vintage condition. This Cesca armchair features a natural beech structure with a harmonious light color, which enhances its elegant and airy aesthetic. Natural beech adds durability and a warm, understated tone that pairs perfectly with the minimalist design. The structure is also made of tubular steel, demonstrating Breuer's revolutionary use of this material to create a seamless cantilever/cantilever design. This construction not only provides exceptional comfort and support but also gives the Cesca its distinctive and timeless silhouette. Seat height: 45 cm.
