Refined and very rare Thermos brings ice by Aldo Tura, Milan, 1960s, made of parchment with hand -painted figurative decorum. This model, produced in very few specimens, represents one of the most sought -after and refined versions of the production of Tura.
The object has a sinuous and slightly flared silhouette towards the base, with a curved dull lateral handle and a golden shiny metal lid, equipped with an elegant ring handle.
The surface is covered in parchment by the warm shades of green and brown, embellished with a sequence of stylized hand -painted stylized figures in light green tones, framed by architectural arches that recall classic motifs. The interior is lined in insulating material, typical of the ture production, designed to maintain the ice at the right temperature.
Under the base there is the original label Tura Milano Italia, testimony of authenticity and origin. This ice holder is not only a functional accessory for the bar, but a real object-collectible object, an expression of luxury, craftsmanship and decorative taste, intended for the most demanding collectors.
