Description: Pair of antique polychrome terracotta plates signed "Giustiniani" belonging to the early 19th century.
The plate features black figures on a terracotta-colored ground and additional white and purple decorations that imitate the style of Greek black-figure vase painting.
The central decoration shows two moving figures surrounded by floral motifs and a border with a Greek motif alternating with laurel leaves.
Provenance: Naples 19th century.
