Important antique bronze table clock, characterized by a highly decorative and symbolic composition. The circular dial, framed by a rich chiseled bronze structure, features Roman numerals on light scrolls and a finely engraved dark central work. Ornamental scrolls, leaf elements and zoomorphic figures develop on the sides of the dial, while the wide and shaped base gives solidity and grandeur to the whole.
At the top stands a figure of a winged angel, an iconographic element of great impact, which gives verticality and solemnity to the clock and recalls the symbolic and allegorical aesthetics of the nineteenth century. Designed to be displayed on consoles, fireplaces, sideboards or important tables, this clock is ideal for classic environments, historic homes or representative spaces. It is in good general condition, with a patina of time consistent with its age which enhances its character and authenticity.
