Refined sculptural ashtray in the shape of a pipe, made by the French manufacturer Moulin's. Made in Grès Flammé (Grand Feu), a very high temperature firing technique that gives the ceramic exceptional resistance and dynamic glazing. The decoration, characterized by organic shades that range from earthy brown to cobalt blue, makes this piece a unique example of mid-twentieth century French art pottery.
The object retains the original authenticity label and the inscribed signature. Thanks to its slender shape and the depth of the fire pit, it lends itself to versatile decorative use, perfect as a small sculptural container or accent element in modernist or rustic-chic interiors.
