Large Italian vintage serving tray by Cavinato Ulderico & Co. of Milan, dating from the early 1980s. The rectangular tray combines a transparent, slightly recessed plastic surface with a narrow gold-coloured metal rim. Beneath the transparent surface lies a delicate floral design in shades of green, mint and soft pink. The generous shape and the unusually light, graphic pattern lend the tray an elegant Italian aesthetic typical of the early 1980s. Measuring 55 × 45 cm, the tray is exceptionally large and is ideal as a serving tray, bar tray or decorative piece on a coffee table, sideboard or console table.
