This yellow high-backed armchair, by the British design studio Scandart, is a wonderful example of mid-century European design, although it comes from a company located in England's furniture capital, High Wycombe, in the 1960s.
A refinished walnut frame houses a foam seat and high back, upholstered in a hand-dyed organic bouclé wool fabric from a Scottish factory. Extremely comfortable to sit on, this armchair comes with a small cushion, also finished in the same fabric.
Good restored and upholstered condition.
