Item description

Group of sculptures depicting the four seasons in Capodimonte porcelain, made in Naples in the late 19th century and signed "Roberto Brambilla". Summer is depicted as a young woman surrounded by fruit and flowers. Autumn is also depicted as a young woman in an erotic pose covered with bunches of grapes and flowers. Winter is identified by an old hunter with rifle in hand and hares at his feet. Spring is a woman covered with large flower petals.
