Item description

Decorative plate in bronze and cloisonné enamel made in China in the 20th century. Cloisonné enamel is a goldsmith's technique originally applied to jewelry design. The polychrome decoration depicts a bird placed on the branch of a tree full of pink flowers while in the lower part is another plant with orange flowers; these elements coexist on a blue background creating a striking contrast. The edge has a polychrome floral motif.
