Oil painting on canvas ("in prima tela") from the mid-20th century depicting an autumnal river landscape. Adorned with beautifully decorated lacquered and gilded wooden frame (bronze tint), with some minor color lacks. Signed lower left "A. Corradi" (see photo), referable to painter Alfonso Corradi (1889-1972); lacking authentication. Painting of pleasing depth, ideal for inclusion in a salon or living room. Painter was good at creating the mirror on the river reflecting the sky and trees (see photo) and the many autumnal hues. Work in patina, in good condition with some signs of time. Size without frame: 78 x 118 cm.
