Item description

Oil painting on canvas depicting a coastal landscape with figures and boats, 1862. On the back is a dedication with the date 1862 and the signature "Per Monsignor F. di Mombello, divotamente Petrus Lucatello fecit". The extremely serene and tranquil landscape features a section of a rocky seacoast, inhabited by figures of fishermen and commoners, with the ruin of a stone arch. The painting is presented in a late 19th-century frame. Size without frame: 50 x 64 cm.
