Description: Pair of Napoleon III armchairs in gilded and carved wood belonging to the second half of the 19th century. The circular backrest features a geometric pattern carving and has an Aubusson fabric in the center with a gallant scene in the center. The two armrests have a curvilinear shape and are connected to the seat via a leaf carving. The truncated cone-shaped feet are connected via a mixtilinear apron with a garland in the center. Fabric conditions: Original of the time, but worn by time. Wood condition: Not restored, but in good condition. Provenance: 19th century France. Measurements: 67x60 H105cm.
