Description: Pair of ancient paintings oil on canvas with coeval frames in golden and carved wood belonging to the end of the eighteenth century. The scenes represent young shepherds sitting in bucolic environments. You can see the boys dressed in refined clothes in pastoral style. Next to them there are baskets and some sheep to strengthen the rustic character of the scene while in the background you can see a rural landscape with trees and rural buildings in the distance. The light seems to come from the left with a soft and widespread lighting that creates an intimate and serene atmosphere. The colors are with warm and earthy tones with predominance of green brown and pastel blue. The composition is balanced and symmetrical with the two central characters placed in a dominant position and the environmental details that harmoniously frame the scene.
