Italian Midcentury Rosewood Dining Table by Vittorio Dassi, 50s

Italian Midcentury Rosewood Dining Table by Vittorio Dassi, 50s 1

Item description

Stunning Art Deco style dining table designed by Vittorio Dassi in Italy in the 1950s. Its structure is made of rosewood and is fixed on embossed base made in precious marble of the Alps. Both the two large legs have maple panels on their external sides which are finished with carved bas-reliefs, whereas the amazing and very bright rectangular top table has green color. The table is in very good condition of the period as the images show, with slight signs of wear consistent with age and gentle use, in absence of structural damages and/or restoration, and ready to use. We can manage the shipping over the world, packing the item with a customized wooden crate. This table will be shipped from Italy. Under existing legislation, any item created within and/or over 70 years old by an artist, designer or manufacturer requires an export permit endorsed by the Italian Fine Arts dept, as well as, concerning all items made of rosewood and sold outside UE countries are in need to be exported with a regular CITES international certificate. Both papers do not involve additional costs and will be our job to get them. Please note that the shipping timing may require additional handling days.
