Elegant round extendable teak table produced in the 1960s by the Swedish manufacturer J.O. Carlsson of Vetlanda, as indicated by the original mark applied under the top. Equipped with two extensions, the table can be extended up to 220 cm, maintaining aesthetic and functional continuity. The J.O. company Carlsson Vetlanda was one of the production companies active in Småland during the post-World War II period, an area famous for its cabinet-making tradition and for the diffusion of modern Swedish design. The production stood out for the careful use of teak and for furniture with an essential language, designed to combine construction quality and daily functionality according to the principles of Nordic modernism.
