Item description

Description: Pair of antique coffee tables in fine exotic woods from the early 20th century. The floors have an oval shape and have scenes of daily life of the Chinese community in the center. The undercounter band incorporates a drawer which can be removed using a gilded bronze handle. The four feet ending in bronze shoes are connected to each other by a base with a floral inlay and playing cards in the centre. General Condition: Restored by our master craftsmen with traditional shellac and handmade alcohol method. Provenance: France, early 20th century. Measurements: 53x42 H70cm.
